If I was asked to pull together a sitting area for a loft or transitional home asap today - this is what I might propose. First, I sourced as much as I could on Facebook Marketplace to save cost but not sacrifice the design - and there were some GREAT finds there today. And then, I looked around for some upscale pieces to elevate the design to feel more luxurious
Designer Tips: Mushroom (or chocolate) is a new trending color and a great addition for winter especially to warm farmhouse decor. Add velvet pillows to luxurious leather to luxuriate leather’s look and feel. Note that mid century floor lamps are on their way back into our spaces.
